Day - of - coordination

2 months before the event we will assist in finalizing everything for day of. On event day we will be on site to keep things running smoothly

Event Designing

Great at planning, but need help creating the perfect ambience and making it come to life? Allow us to assist in event designing.

Day - of - coordination

$1,000

Requires 25% deposit and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event

Includes

  • Must be booked a minimum of 6 weeks before event day
  • Planner takes on all vendor communication and organization 
  • Planner finalizes timeline details 
  • Access to the event planning checklist
  • Rehearsal walk-through
  • 12-hour day of coordination, including overseeing set-up and tear-down.

$1,500

Requires 25% deposit and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event

Includes

  • Access to vendor catalog
  • Planner assists in booking and communicating with vendors
  • Planner finalizes timeline details 
  • Access to the event planning checklist
  • Rehearsal walk-through
  • 12-hour day of coordination, including overseeing set-up and tear-down.

Full - Service Coordination

$2,000

Requires 25% deposit and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event

includes

  • Must be booked a minimum of 8 months before event day
  • Access to vendor catalog
  • Planner takes on vendor booking and communication responsibility
  • The planner creates a custom timeline for the event day
  • Regular check-ins with the event host, virtually or in person
  • Rehearsal walk-through
  • 12-hour day of coordination, including overseeing set-up and tear-down.

Event Designing

$500

Requires 25% deposit and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event
